LOT 25, BLOCK “D” SABLE CHASE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Juliette E. Diaz, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, located at Manausa, Shaw & Minacci, P.A., 1701 Hermitage Blvd., Suite 100, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, within thirty (30) days of first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
